This is Gintama Gintoki "breaktime" figure by Banpresto.
The figure's pose is pretty unique and you are going to need your own stand or place him on an edge of somewhere. This figure is also one of few that could actually sit nicely with Gintama Tsukuyo figure. However, scaling doesn't match. This is 1/10 scale. Tsukuyo is 1/8 scale. You might be able to make it work by using distance.
Meanwhile, the quality is mediocre. My biggest gripe on this figure is the popped vein on his arms. Even his hands look strange.
